The Dial System
Effort is not binary. Instead of all-or-nothing, you adjust your intensity on a 1 to 10 scale based on what your life allows right now. A 3 during a stressful work week is infinitely better than a 0 from quitting. Research on over 100,000 clients shows that 80% consistency delivers nearly identical results to 100%, without the burnout.
If-Then Planning
Disruptions are predictable. Business travel, family events, late meetings, these are not exceptions, they are patterns. If-Then planning means you have a pre-committed response for every anticipated obstacle before it arrives. No willpower required. Just a system that runs automatically.
Deep Health
Nutrition is never just about food. The Deep Health framework examines six interconnected dimensions: physical, emotional, mental, existential, relational, and environmental. A sleep problem can look like a nutrition problem. A stress pattern can look like a motivation problem. Coaching that ignores these connections misses the root cause.

Two cancers before 35. Surgery. Chemotherapy. Recovery. Then COVID arrived, not the virus itself, but the fear it dragged back with it. The fear that cancer could return, and this time, I might not be ready. Then a question that changed everything: if I’m going to rebuild this body, what exactly am I putting into it?
That question led to years of self-experimentation, testing protocols, tracking data, learning what actually moves the needle versus what just sounds good. I became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach and Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Specialist. I ran the Everest Marathon at 40. I completed over 20 marathons. And I started coaching real clients, women and men who train, who fast, who travel for work, who manage families alongside training loads.
What I kept finding was the same pattern, everywhere: generalist recommendations, trend-driven advice, cookie-cutter plans designed for someone else’s body and someone else’s life. People following protocols that ignored their individual context, and wondering why the results never lasted.
Before health, I spent 12 years in venture capital, growing portfolios from €36M to over €100M. I understand what a defensible competitive advantage looks like, and I bring that analytical rigour to coaching. I read the studies. I check the methods sections. I distinguish between evidence that changes my recommendations and evidence that’s interesting but premature.

XYVON
Through coaching, I kept running into the same gap: every electrolyte product on the market was either designed for endurance athletes who need 1,000mg of sodium, or it was a wellness product with pixie-dust doses that couldn’t move the needle for anyone. Nothing was designed for the woman who trains at 6am, fasts until noon, manages her cycle, and needs iron that won’t destroy her stomach. Nothing was designed for the woman going through menopause who needs bone support alongside her electrolytes, not as a separate pill from a separate brand with a separate rationale. That gap eventually demanded a product, not just advice. So I founded XYVON — a science-led electrolyte brand built from the same principle as everything else I do: designed for real people, backed by real evidence.
